The waiting room is profoundly depressing. Its rather dark ( the lighting is provided only by 'uplighting' and like a 1960's train station waiting room, with dark brown framed partition separating it from the reception area. My previous doctor's reception area was open plan and well lit and this made it so much more welcoming. It is important how patients feel and this waiting area is horrible.
I have had very good advice and treatment from Dr Cavannagh and from the nursing staff but recently very poor advice from Dr Ayodeji who plainly was only interested in handing out a prescription and the prescription turned out to be inappropriate. I find this unacceptable. I would far rather have interest and advice and no prescription.
So grateful to Dr Poone - what wonderful, professional care! Exemplary approach, not rushed, listened, asked if we had questions. NHS care at its finest. Thank you!
Excellent listening ability to diversify and try different approaches. Great empathy.
They don't seem to have a telephone!!!!!!!!!!?!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!
I am happy with the fluent flow of staff conduct and treatment included.
